                                     The Moldovan NGO International Committee for Citizen Democracy (ICCD) is proud to
                                     launch today the website of   the new Centre for European Voluntary Service in
                                     Moldova.   The Centre for European   Voluntary   Service in Moldova is a   platform
                                     of information in Moldova about the European Voluntary Service (EVS) programme of the European Commission. It targets three audiences: young European who wants to come to Moldova on an EVS, young Moldovans who want to go abroad for a professionalizing experience through the EVS, Moldovan NGOs which are interested to host a European volunteer.
The mission of the Centre is to answer the information needs about EVS and Moldova and to offer a wide range of services related to the organization of EVS placements in Moldova and other youth projects.

The Centre for European Voluntary Service in Moldova is a programme of action of ICCD.
ICCD has a successful record of youth projects and social development projects in Transnistria and Moldova. By launching the Centre for European Voluntary Service in Moldova, ICCD wants to step up its involvement into youth development projects and widen the horizon of the Moldovan youth by promoting European volunteerism in Moldova and developing youth activities in Moldova.
